Full-Service Agency Daycare

Pacific Daycare Services is committed to providing Full-Service Agency Daycare to Regional Center families who need help finding a trusted care provider. This type of Full-Service daycare is offered through our sister company, Pacific Homecare Services. This service is for families who have children with developmental disabilities who are currently registered with the Regional Centers but need assistance finding a care provider. If you are a Case Manager and wish to refer a family to our agency, please complete the Referral Form.

Full-Service Agency Daycare Referrals:
  • Regional Center services are offered through county commissions, which fund local service providers, health and learning programs tailored to meet the needs of families with children who have developmental disabilities.
    • San Joaquin County Commission (link)
    • Other County Commission (link)
  • Families whose primary parent or guardian works or attends school, may apply for daycare services through a Regional Center. They will complete an assessment to determine if they qualify and how many hours of daycare the family is authorized to receive.
  • If families do not qualify to receive services, they can still use Pacific Homecare Services; they would apply directly through Pacific Daycare for Full-Service Agency Daycare. (provide link to application or Full-Service page)
  • If families qualify for Regional Center services, the case manager or service coordinator from the Regional Center will refer the family to Pacific Homecare Services. Once the referral has been reviewed, the team at Pacific Homecare Services will work directly with the family to match them with a care provider. Pacific Homecare Services will handle all the employment details so families can focus their attention on what matters most in their daily lives.
